    What do I need to do to receive a reward from Scotiabank?

    To receive a reward you must visit any Scotiabank branch with your promotional offer letter and/or email communication for a discussion about your financial needs with a Scotiabank Advisor. The Scotiabank Advisor will then provide you with a Reward Code which is needed to access the redemption site. A valid email address is required in order to receive the E-Gift or E-Promo Card.

    What if my offer letter and/or email received from Scotiabank is addressed to multiple people within my household? Are we all eligible for a reward?

    If multiple customers are addressed, only the first customer who completes a branch discussion is eligible. There is a maximum of 1 offer per customer and per household.

    How do I select which reward type I would like to receive?
  8. A.
    Please visit our redemption site and enter your Special Offer Code and Reward Code to access the site. You will be asked to select your reward type and then be asked to provide your contact information which is required to deliver your E-Gift or E-Promo Card by email.

    What is the deadline to complete the Scotiabank branch discussion in order to receive a reward?

    You must have an in-branch financial needs discussion with a Scotiabank Advisor and receive a Reward Code from them before the offer expiry date located on your offer letter and/or email from Scotiabank.

    What is the deadline to enter my Special Offer Code and Reward Code to receive my gift?
  14. A.
    To select and receive your reward you must visit our redemption site within 15 business days after the deadline to complete the Scotiabank branch discussion indicated on your offer letter and/or email from Scotiabank. You will be required to enter the Special Offer Code located on your offer letter and/or email and the Reward Code provided by the Scotiabank Advisor to select your reward.

    Yes, The Ultimate Dining E-Promo Card expires 90 days after activation. The expiry date is clearly identified on the E-Promo Card.

    No, once downloaded the Sobey’s or Indigo E-Gift Card do not expire.

    Your email is required to send the E-Gift or E-Promo Card by email. Your email address will only be used for the purpose of fulfillment and administration of this offer. You will not receive any other solicited or non-solicited emails from Scotiabank unless you consent to further communication by opting in for further communication.
